Sri Vaari Kalakshetra is organising Sri Vaari Kalakshetra Educational Seminar Cum Music & Dance Festival at Tirupati. The festival is being inaugarted on Friday, October 29, 2010 and will be held for 3 days till October 31, 2010.

We invite performing Artists and Artist Groups to perform at this Grand Festival, which will be organised at Sri Thyagaraja Mandapam, Tirupati before an invited audiance of more than 3000 persons.
The following are general guidelines and terms and conditions for participation in this Grand Festival :
- The time allotted per participant will be : 15 mins for Solo, 30 mins. for Group and 45 mins. for Ballet.
- The dance items should pertain to traditional themes related to Sri Vaari or Lord Venkateswara or Lord Vishnu.
- In exceptional cases, other themes may be allowed at the sole discretion of the organising committee.
- Live Orchestra or recorded audio background permitted for Dance performances.
- If required, Sri Vaari Kalakshetra can arrange live Orchestra for the Artistes at nominal costs.
- Computerized timing will control the stage. Kindly note this for your timings.
- Local Accommodation, Boarding & Transport from the Venue will be provided to the participants on the day of performance.
- There will be no remuneration or traveling allowance.
- We have organized to completely record your programme both in video and photos. No private photo / videographers areallowed.
- Artists willing to have their own accommodation in Hotels or with their Relatives are welcome to do so.
- Tirupati is around 197 kms from Chennai and 300 kms from Bangalore, and is well connected by road transport and trains. Chennai.
- All Hotels, Travel Details & Tourist information will be made available to you on request.
- Any of your requests over the phone shall also be confirmed in writing by you to make co-ordination and arrangements possible.
- We try our best to give you the maximum possible cooperation and help. At the same time we request you to be excused for any unforeseen circumstances leading any inconvenience.
