- Sri Vaari Kalakshetra Sampradaya Sangeetha Seva Trust has been formed with the following objectives.
- Establishing Training Centers for Indian Classical Music and Dance.
- Undertaking research in Music and Dance including traditional or Folk and classical including instrumental music.
- Instituting a fund for the purpose of giving scholarships to
Upcoming artists.
- To aid establish or otherwise setup a pension fund
to support artists including vocalists, dancers,
instrumentalists or stage artists (Drama artists).
- Honour musicians and/or
artists.
- Undertake publishing of books on Music, Dance and Drama including supporting the authors financially, setting up a
special library for this purpose.
- Conducting programmes through out India to help
students get
better exposure.
- Donating or gifting instruments or dress material (including gilt
Jewellery) to artists.
- Conducting of competitions in dance drama story telling on Vedic Scriptures including bhagavatha gita, Mahabharata
Upanishad
Etc.,
- Conducting of examinations and awarding
certificates either Independently or in association with a
university, college or any
other premier institutions.
- To act as a study center or an extension center on behalf of any university only in the line of music dance and
drama
- Other Objects include conducting of free medical camp,
Counselling camps and Annadanam.
- To Buy , sell , produce both audio and video cassettes and CDs.
We now accept Donations from Patrons for the Trust. Donations to the Trust are exempted from Income Tax as per section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Rules. Donations can be sent to our Office Address, through Cheques or Demand Drafts, payable to Sri Vaari Kalakshetra
